I am looking for any documentation/guarantee/promise/certificates relating to Laserfiche as a system/program that can be audited. We undertake a number of audits, internal and external, on our old paper based system and I am looking to answer any future queries on LF; as too many Laserfiche will be an unfamiliar system.

This is not a priority as Laserfiche is currently working fantastic as our new paperless system but if anyone was to question the legitimacy of having all our information on this new/improved paperless system, that would be great!
