We are working with a client that recently got updated to Import Agent 10 and are getting errors when importing XML files with Images, -the files just sit.

This is only happening in their existing folders, as they created a new network folder and 'test' profile which does not get any errors.

We have tried moving a file in and out of their old folders and profile, and they still will not move out via Import Agent.

They have a lot of profiles, so we are curious to see if there's anything we're missing? We'd prefer to see other routes before re-creating profiles, as we haven’t ran into this issue before when upgrading IA.
