Deleting e-mail profiles in Workflow

Is there a way to view the Workflows that the e-mail profiles in the E-mail Server Manager are tied to?

Sure. In the WF Admin Console, open the External Objects node and click on Email. Select the server from the list, and right-click it. There will be a "View Linked Workflows" option in the context menu.
