why my achievements are showing zero even though i have passed some of the cpp courses.

what can i do increase it?

I just passed a couple recently as well and Answers has not updated to show those. I emailed cpp@laserfiche.com yesterday, hopefully they will reply soon.

Same issue, I've completed Lesson 2 three times and the status says "in progress". I get a fatal error that won't let me move on, I've been stuck here for 3 days.

I emailed cpp@laserfiche.com and they resolved the issue.

I have the same issue. I -mailed cpp@laserfiche.com about 2.5 hours ago but I haven't received a response yet.
