Scanner Testing

Hi everyone,

 

I will be using a scanner very soon for LF testing and I would like to know if anyone has used this type of scanner before with LF? HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3835 All-in-One Printer

Does it work?

Hi Ketsia,

 

I full list of supported scanners for Laserfiche can be found here - https://www.laserfiche.com/products/supported-scanners/

 

Having said that, as long as the scanner has a full TWAIN or ISIS driver then is should work with Laserfiche. This looks more like a home scanner though, so I would be a little surprised if this does work with Laserfiche.

The scanner's page on HP's site does not indicate the drivers supported. I'll second what Chris said. If the driver used is ISIS, TWAIN or WIA, it should work. If it uses a custom driver, it will not.
