unknown error 6000

In LF client a document say it has 5 pages.  When I see the preview in image pane I can choose page 6 or more....

When I choose a page greater than 5 I see this error message in image pane unknown error 6000...

 

Somebody Knows why is this happenig???

Hey Jorge,

What version of Laserfiche are you noticing this error with?  Also what format is the document?  Does this issue occur with other document types?
