Table data (date field) not transferring to same table in different form - Forms 9

I have an application that the submitter fills out personal data in a table- name, address, date of birth, etc.

I use this table in another form used for approvals. All table data is transferring except the date of birth - it appears as a blank field. This field is marked as required on the initial form.

Any suggestions on why this data is not appearing???

Can you check whether the variables for the two date fields in different form are the same? Edit the table, click "Field options" for the date field and check the variable.

You may add two date fields with same label but different variable if you remove the date field then add new one with same label. If there is the cause, please remove the table from second form, then add it again by dragging from the variables list and remove the date field that is not using same variable as the first one
