Typically in the Save to Repository task, you would configure a structured folder path where the document will be stored. You could use this information to point your users to the right folder. 

Using this information, you could also trigger a workflow from Forms to find the uploaded document's entry ID.Once found, you can then return the entry ID and/or the Web Access URL as a variable value for your Forms process.
