This has been an ongoing issue with a customer that we recently took over. it seems as though no one has previously been able to get down to the fix. this issue is stemming from a Cannon DR7550C with ISIS/TWAIN drivers v1.9 (which I was told were the newest) and 9.2.1 client. to break this down with the information I have so far:
-this has been tried and test many times and there is still no luck. things have been uninstalled, reinstalled, the computers have been completely re-imaged even and there is still no luck getting it to work.
-tried on a different box and still the same issue not connecting
-Scanner does seem to work fine though outside of laserfiche
-they do run into an odd issue with their Symantec software when trying to put scanconnect on.....they have come to find out that they need to completely uninstall the software for scanconnect to even install, simply disabling it is not enough. once scanconnect is on they do re-install the Symantec software.
The screenshot provided shows the error they get when trying to use scanconnect. they get a whole other host of errors if the Symantec software is on the box.
Any direction would be much appreciated!
