sticky notes greyed out

Hi everyone,

I am using LF avante 10 and when I upload a document and try to add annotations sticky notes and other ribbons are greyed out. Could you please help me?

If there is an image, the next thing to check would be to see that you have the 'annotate' entry access rights on the document in question.

You're looking at the electronic document, not the image. Sticky notes can only be applied to the image.

Hi Miruna even after selecting Image pane it is still greyed out.

Is there an image displayed in the image page?
