Form wont submit to Laserfiche Repository

All, 

I have a form that has the a verified LF Repository. It also alows me yo choose a LF foder to send the Form to and set the Metadata Fields from the Form...but the form will not submit. 

Any help would be appreciated.

what errors does event viewer is generating when you try to submit? have you tried restarting forms service?

Does Forms have permissions to the folder you are trying to save to?

What is the status of the Save to Repository Service task when you check from instances list? If it is suspended, can you select the instance and click Retry on the toolbar to see whether it can be completed? If not, what the error when you check from events log on Forms server(You can view the error directly from  Forms instances list for the instance if you are on Forms 10.0 or above)
