What's the name of the file Sahil? The message shows "File path & name" as the name.

Can you rename it and remove any special characters the file may have? e.g. "test.doc"  Once renamed, try it again.

Ray,

The files it shows in Event viewer are also in IA Error folder...

& the best part is that they are also imported in repository...

Can you also double check the path you used for IA?  Can you browse the path using Windows explorer?

IA is in the same folder from where I am importing, so yes I can browse.

This is a test I am running before I put IA10 in productions.

I am actually using UNC for IA, is that an issue?

It dynamically creates IA Error folder, so it's working.

Please set the log level to High, reproduce the issue, then open a case and attach the application evtx log to the case. Also, save the Profile (xml) and attach it to the case as well.

What was the outcome of the support case?

Ray,

I will do so tomorrow, however one thing I have noticed...

There is one folder which lands up in IA Error, however the same folder is imported as zip.

The zip contains all the data, however the source is not a zip.

This is weird...

Will open the case tomorrow.

Thanks,

S
