Hello,

I have a RIO system 9, when I try to install IA 10 it refuses to install because of these reasons:

1. It looks for License Manager, however I have Directory Server

2. Because of RIO there is no Activation Key

3. The DS only allows to create Activation Key till version 9

Is there a ways to install IA 10 without updating other components to ver 10?

In Directory Server if you select Import Agent under Applications does it show a Maximum version of 10.1? If not, you will need to update the master license.
