**New Update - I know I have had this issue before.  After I close Laserfiche and reopen it, then my fields populate with the choices.  I don't remember what settings were changed to fix this.

Does anyone have any ideas why my dynamics fields don’t populate on new documents or folders?  I have set up the external table and tested it and all the data appears fine.  If I generate a folder using workflow and assign the fields, I can then open the metadata on the folder and have the fields populated to be able to change them.  But when I try to create a new document or folder (without workflow), the field won’t populate so I can enter the information.
