I have a form that will have document(s) uploaded to it, form will then submit to a repository to a specific folder, based on form selection (form and attachment should go to one of 2 folders).  When form submits, WF kicks off and form goes to correct folder but attachment is getting separated from the form and staying in the parent folder.  Is this a form or workflow issue?  And how do I get the attachment to remain with the form?
