Laserfiche Client crashes when selecting multiple documents and opening metadata pane

asked on June 1, 2016

Hi,

i have a client that has to approve mulitple invoices, when they select say about 15 and open the metadata pane to approve these from a dropdown field. The laserfiche client crashes and this is what the Temp file data returns as the reason for the crash.

What should i do to get this resolved?

Note that the 10.1 Client is fully compatible with all versions of the Laserfiche 10 Server, so you can upgrade just Client instances without having to upgrade the Server as well.

HI Justin

Is this true of the 10.2.1 Client as well or only 10.1?

I have a client with this known issue who installed the 10.2.1 but 10.2.1 Client states Server needs to be upgraded.

Client 10.2.1 requires the LF server to be 10.2 or newer.

Hi All,

Thanks for the assistance. I have upgraded the client to the newest version and seems to be working perfectly.

Thanks
