Just to confirm, have you restarted Laserfiche Connector since enabling Java Access Bridge? You need to fully close it by right-clicking in the windows task bar and clicking exist, not just close the UI. If that isn't sufficient, your next step would be to enable logging and try connecting to your desired application. That will output information including what it can see with regardes to Java Access Bridge. https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-US/administration/#../Subsystems/Connector/Content/Troubleshooting.htm discusses how to enable tracing. That log can than be provided to Laserfiche Support for direct investigation.
