document open but other users not seeing it as locked

Hello

I have a domain user who opens any documents on Laserfiche Rio and when other domain users trying to open the document, they are not seeing it as locked by another user.

They are able to modify the document.

any suggestion.

Opening a document, but not making any changes to it, won't visually indicate to other users the document is locked. The user that opened the document will also need to make some sort of change to the document, i.e. change a field value, without saving yet. Then other users that see the document in the entry browser will see it as being locked.

What version of Laserfiche is this? I see the correct behavior in LF 10.1.0.151.

Hi Iqbal,

I guess the best thing to do will be to upgrade to the latest version 10.1 and go from there.
