Forms 10 instance terminated without any terminated status in the instance detail.

A customer has a working Forms 10 process in production with many working instances. However, recently one of them terminated and lists as terminated in the instance metrics. The problem is if i drill into the instance there is no indication whatsoever of the termination. I see "completed" steps up to where there's supposed to be and approval step then nothing else listed. No listing for what step terminated or anything. Other instances are working fine before and after as well as other processes working fine. Other processess with terminations are displaying termination details correctly. What options do have to determine what caused the termination and why does it not show any details of the termination in the instance details?

Hi Jeremy, with Forms 10.0, some instances may get stuck when executing steps at the time Routing Service is shutdown. You can open a support case and provide a copy of database so we can provide script based on your database to recover the instance
