I would like to pose a general question to those of you who have installed Workflow in your business processes. I am in the process of designing a Workflow that is meant for a complex and lengthy business process, spanning over various departments. In your experience, have you found that Workflow is more applicable for simple processes within the entire business process or can it be applied to a lengthy complex process with many possibilities of exceptions.
I would greatly appreciate any thoughts and opinions on the matter.
