Hi,

I have a client that ran into an issue where the completed form saved everything in repository except the last page. So far it only happened one time. I went into the forms report and saw that the last page was completed. From there, I went in the repository and saw that the last page was missing. In addition, all the metadata in the last page of the form was saved in the repository. 
 

There were no event logs or error codes thrown. 

Thoughts?
