Status in Forms will not change from In Progress to Cancelled

I have a user who currently has a form that is stuck in "In - Progress" but they need it to show "cancelled". Is there any way to manually change this to a cancelled status or is there some place in the process modeler that is causing this form to hang up? I have attached a screen shot of the status and also the form history.

You cannot manually change it through the Forms interface. You can select the check box next to the instance in question though and then select the stop button above the header columns. That will show the status as cancelled at that point.
