form instance status is "in-progress" at user task

I have a form instance that is stuck at a "user task." It is in-progress, but am unable to find the instance logged in as the approver in my "inbox" under "pending tasks."

The instance does show up within my "Results" of the Form Business Process.

The form instance is over two months old and am needing to either suspend the activity or move it forward.

I am not wanting to kill this process as these forms are submitted by anonymous users and are needing to retain these forms for legal purposes.

Could Laserfiche Support please provide me a sql script to move the form instance to the next task within the business process?

Please open a support case and provide a copy of your database, we need to check the current data for this stuck instance to provide SQL script.
