My client is having issues with their M160 II w/Flatbed(FBU101) Addon scanner. In the LFScanning portion there are 3 quick select dropdowns for scanning job options. We are having trouble with the choices taking effect on the scanner, when we select an option the scanner instead just uses the last settings that were set manually using the default scanner software. It seems that the scanner will only apply the settings set in the default scanner software. We have tried different users, reinstalled LF and the drivers and cleared attributes, but nothing seems to get it to take effect. Has anyone else had similar issues with these scanners? Would opening a case be worth it?
