Configuring Laserfiche Forms to Communicate with Workflow

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to Configure Laserfiche Forms to Communicate with Workflow and one of the first step in the help provided by Laserfiche is to

Open the Forms Configuration page and click Repository in the left navigation but in my config page i cannot see that part:

Can anyone help please?

Hi Ketsia, just wondering what help file did you refer to be before? I checked the Installation guide for Forms 10.0 and Forms 10.1 and the online help(https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-US/administration/#../Subsystems/Forms/Content/Administration/Configuring-Laserfiche-Forms-To-Communicate-With-Workflow.htm), they all says "Open the Forms Configuration page and click Laserfiche in the left navigation.". We will update the help if it is out of date.

That is because it is not under that anymore. You are using a guide for version 9 however you are using version 10. It is here:

Hi Ketsia! For Forms 10.1, the Workflow setting you need is now found in the Laserfiche tab:

Hi,

When I try to Configure Workflow to Communicate with Laserfiche Forms following the guide, I am having an issue with the Test url part. Please note that I have already configured Laserfiche configuration forms and I don't understand where the url comes from?

Can anyone help please?

The URL is the one which you use to visit Forms, You just need to replace "FormsServer" with your machine name which installed Forms. http://FormsServer/forms
