Quick Fields - Convert text to number

How do you convert the text grabbed from quick fields to number before storing in metadata? I am getting the amount and want to convert to a number before I store in metadata.

You can run a Substitution process on the Zone OCR value and replace Os with 0s.

What do you mean? Quick Fields doesn't care if you read a number with Zone OCR and use it to populate a number field.

It gives me an error when saving to repository if the number field has 'O' instead of 0. If Zone OCR picks it up as O, it gives an error.
