Thumbnail size in web access

My client was wondering if they are able to adjust the size of thumbnails in web access. I have not been able to find much information on it, but they are on version 9.2.1. Does anyone know if this is possible with their version?

Hi Ricardo,

I'm assuming they're interested in increasing thumbnail size to get a better preview of the image from the folder browser. Is that correct?

This feature isn't supported in Web Access 9.2. However, in Web Access 10, users can simply drag to expand the preview pane, and image in the preview pane will resize to fix the space available.

They can also zoom in from the preview pane in Web Access 10.
