I'm having a single user that when she clicks on the scan icon in Laserfiche there is anywhere from a 2 to 20 minute delay before the scan window pops up. Has anyone out there experienced this? The rest of our users that scan are not experiencing this problem, any thoughts?

Without knowing more details, it can be related to Internet security settings on the workstation. Try the following kb: https://support.laserfiche.com/KB/1012188
Thanks for the reply Raymond, we are connected to a 200/200 internet connection and are using LF 9.0.2 desktop application. It seems that when you click the scanner the LFScan.exe and LFTwain.exe processes should start but on this users computer LFScan.exe starts and LFTwain.exe takes forever to run but once it does everything comes up and works. We are using Fujitsu 7160 scanner, which is compatible with LF. Thanks for everything!
If you reboot the machine and login with a different windows/Lf account, do you get the same behavior for the new user on the problem machine?
I've rebooted and logged in with my own credentials, the first time I opened Scan it was fairly quick (10 seconds or so) but as soon as a closed out of LF and re-opened it took about 5 minutes for Scan to open.
Is there an antivirus application running? Do you get the same behavior if you exclude all the Laserfiche files, folders, executables (exe files) and processes?
