I have one of my customer using LF 8.3.1 that get an error message when doing bulk import in the LF Client : "Operation Time Out. [784:0x80040310]". When he try to import one file or just a few (3 or 4) everythings ok but when he try to import a whole folder it ends with this error.
When this error occur, we can't ping the server anymore from the client computer but we can ping the same computer from the server and the only way to be able to ping the server again is to change IP address on the computer but this company have quite a big network so we have to watch out to take a free IP when we do this and we can't change IP every hour.
PS : I saw that this error can occur when using Windows authentication but we are using LF authentication.
Any idea ?
