How to send same attachment to the multiple users via Form

Hello,

I have created one form and in that i have uploaded one file, for that i have used file upload activity in form. now i have to set approval process using form stage functionality, but when i sent this form to the next users (like. HR1, HR Director, etc.,), unable to see that uploaded file.

Please help me how can we set such type of requirement.

The next user should be able to view the data submitted by previous user on the same form. Can you check from instances table whether the files have been updated indeed?

Sorry didn't get your point.

We have created copy of the form for each user. When User1 submits the form with attachment, User2 should able to view the documents uploaded by User1 on the form itself.

Please check for the upload fields with same name on different forms whether the variable name is the same.
