All of our invoices are stored in a secure folder that only few people have access to. However, I have a certain type of invoice that I want many to be able to see.  I want to keep the original invoice in the secured folder with all the others but I would like to put a shortcut in the public folder.  If they click on the shortcut in the public folder, will they be able to access the document in the secure folder?  I don't want to have to make a duplicate to put in the public folder, I would rather have the shortcut.  Can workflow maybe change the rights assigned to a shortcut?
