Can a user be allowed to administer a forms process without having access to instance data?

In Forms 10.x is there any way for a user to be able to review process status to check for Suspended or Terminated forms without being able to read form data from any instance?

The use-case here is protecting HR forms data from IT Forms admins.

Will report address this issue? Create a report contains the columns such as instance ID/Instance Name/Status/Started by/ Start date/Current step these and set the report visible to the IT Forms admins. Then IT Forms admins can check the process status from my reports list.

I hadn't thought of that. I believe that should satisfy at least part of the requirement. We'll do some testing around that. Thank you!
