"The document is currently open at the following location"

My client is experiencing an issue with opening outlook emails. Every time they open an email more than once, it brings up a box saying "The document is currently open at the following location" and asks if we want to open another read only copy. The issue is that they have already closed the email, but the box still comes up until you close outlook. Repairing laserfiche and deleting all the temp files worked only temporarily. They are on LF client version 9.1.1.548 and Outlook version 14.0.7166.5000(32-bit). Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Seems like outlook issue and not laserfiche. It is locking file and not releasing it. Have you tried disabling all add ons on outlook and seeing if that makes any difference. or maybe another message reader.
