modify address field

Is there a way to modify the address field so we can have "County" replace "Country" as all of of clients are in the USA but we have to report each county separate.

You can follow the "Changing the label of an address field input box" example from this help page. It talks about changing the label for the State field, but you can apply it to the Country field.
