User is getting an error when trying to scan in LF Client

Hello,

I am having an issue where a user is trying to Scan in the LF Client with  ScanSnap ix500 Scanners. They are currently on version 10.1 of the client. Has anyone seen this error before or have any potential guidelines as to how to resolve this issue? I have attached a screenshot of the exact error.

Please make sure that the OCR engine is installed per KB 1013673 and see if that resolves the issue.
