My client is having an issue with version 10.1 of laserfiche. When they generate pages upon import of PDFs by dragging and dropping, the generated pages have ?'s all over anywhere there are blank spaces. They recently upgraded from 9.2 to 10.1 and said this wasn't an issue in 10.1. I have tested printing to snapshot and the issue does not occur, but when I set snapshot to be used when generating pages in the client, it still occurs unless I manually generates pages after import. I have tested the import of a few of their PDF's in my VAR kit and have not seen the same issue. They are currently using client version 10.1.0.151
