$SyncActivityDisplayName is required and missing

Since upgrading to Workflow 9.2.1 from 8.3, we have been receiving this message on every workflow, "$SyncActivityDisplayName is required and missing."

Are these workflows started from an Invoke Workflow activity?

Most of them are invoked by other workflows. The user is telling me not all workflows are invoked. I will have to verify if that is true.

Can you try republishing the parent workflows, please?
