There isn't a specific zip file, but if you open up the autorun in the Avante or Rio download package, there's a link at the bottom for additional documentation resources that will bring up a large list of links of various published white papers and guides. Note that most of the documentation (such as the installation and admin guides for all products) are all combined online webhelp these days, for example https://www.laserfiche.com/support/webhelp/Laserfiche/10/en-US/administration/#../Subsystems/LFAdmin/Content/Installation/About_this_Guide.htm.
