I've never seen this before, and I was able to replicate the problem on my demo machine with a PDF from the customer. Whether we generate pages on PDFs already in the repository or generate pages on import, the PDFs look like they do in the attached image - white with some lines on them. Using Snapshot, we can get around this by using the Snapshot Virtual Printer rather than extracting images from the PDFs, but the customer does not want to import these PDFs with Snapshot - they want to drag and drop into Laserfiche. I'm guessing it has something to do with the PDF, as other PDFs can have pages generated without a problem. Any suggestions as to what to look at regarding these PDFs?
