I have an intermittent issue cropping up, that I have not been able to resolve.  Occasionally, the PDF icon does not show up on the document page toolbar once a document is selected from the search results.  We are using Mozilla as the browser.  Any insight would be appreciated.

I have noticed that the icon will not appear if the entry does not have any electronic pages associated with it. Such as a plain text document that has not been processed through Snapshot.

I'd recommend looking at what kind of document it is (PDF, Word, image pages, text pages only), because you cannot directly print/download documents that are text pages only (i.e.,  no electronic file component and also no image pages).

To print these text-only documents, you could try using Wes's suggestion here to add a print button to the docviewer.
