Does anyone have a list of the commands available under the customize toolbar? Looking to do training and it would be great for everyone to see all the commands available. Normally the first thing everyone says, this won't help them and they never look in there. So maybe if I have a list of all the available command they might get ideas.

You mean a written list? The dialog has an "All commands" category. They match the actions you see in the menus since their point is to expose a button that would make performing the action faster than going through the menus.

Yes, something like a white paper. It's just something for them to quickly glance at, because I can't train them on each command. (At least not right now). If not, I will just create one.

I'll pass it on to our User Education people and see what we can do to add it to the help file in the future.
