My client is experiencing an issue where when they import a pdf, it gets imported as a txt file. We have verified that windows and other computers see the document correctly as a PDF, but when we choose to import it to WA, it says "documentname.TXT" even though it is using the pdf extension on the file name. I am going to clear the users attributes, but didn't know if this was already a know issue or not. The user is on web access 8.3.2.
