Forms could not validate Laserfiche metadata settings

I am getting this message on my LF 10 Forms save to repository steps

 

1 warnings found. Forms could not validate Laserfiche metadata settings. Please verify the selected volume, document relationships, template, and fields.

 

Is this something to worry about?  If so, how do I correct it?

This message usually will appear when the configured volume/document relationship/template/fields no longer exist in the repository or the user configured in the profile has no right to get these metadata settings.  There should be individual message under the non-existing metadata, please confirm whether they exist in the repository.
