Question

Workflow Started By User is using SID instead of Account Name

asked on May 12, 2016 Show version history

I am having an issue with the workflow using the SID as the started by token.  We have a workflow that monitors a folder and moves the file according to which department they are apart of.  However, when the workflow starts it lists the users SID instead of the account name so the workflow is not moving the file correctly.

The issue seems to only be related to this user and only started happening within the last day or two.  Also, the document that is stored within Laserfiche shows the created by as the users account name, not the SID.  Workflow is version 10 and user is on WebAccess 10.

Has anyone seen this before?  I am confused as to why the workflow just started using the SID instead of the users account name.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Are there any errors in the Subscriber log?

Only errors are related to QueryData activities which was caused by our SIS going down which is unrelated to the Active Directory issue.

Sorry, I meant in the Subscriber log in the Workflow Admin Console, not in the Workflow event log.
