Error Code : 9105

Hi,

 

I encountered an error code : 9105 (A read-only session is not permitted to perform this operation)

 

This error occured when i try to create a new user / template

The issue was caused by the Laserfiche Server not being licensed correctly. After performing a re-activation with the proper key, getting the license file for the correct product and version, placing it back into the Laserfiche Server installation directory, overwriting the old license file, and then restarting the Laserfiche Server service, things worked fine.

There's not enough information to troubleshoot, but it sounds like you are in the Laserfiche Administration console logged in as a read-only user. If that is the case, please log out and log in as a read-write user with the appropriate privileges needed to create users or templates. If that's not the case, please provide more information.

Thanks. I realise is due to my license expiry for my laserfiche Server
