Dynamic fields not sticking in scanning

There is a template that was recently created for a customer. It mocks another template using dynamic fields. In scanning if selecting and filling out the fields under default properties the dynamic field becomes blank when scanning. The strange this is that the previously created template that has similar dynamic fields does not have this issue. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this.

What is the exact version of LF Scanning? Are the fields in question Required? Are you able to store the documents and, if so, are the fields still blank once inside of Laserfiche?

The version of LF Scanning is version 9.2.1 sp1. There are no required fields that are part of the dynamic fields. I am able to store the documents though the fields remain blank. I have recommended to try to install sp2 and apply it to the server as well.

If applying SP2 doesn't resolve the issue, please open a Support case and provide a briefcase that includes the working template with dynamic fields as well as the non-working template.
