I have a customer that is currently experiencing an issue with the office plugin. When they try to log in using windows authentication it fails and states that the user name and password are incorrect. If the user types in their windows credentials they are able to log in just fine. If windows authentication is used on the same machine with the Laserfiche Client they are able to log in with no issues. Does anyone know what could be causing that issue? Any help is appreciated!
