Email Approval - Form not monitoring the inbox

Hi

 

I have a client that has setup a Email approval process on his LF Forms.

 

-He has correctly configured the IMAP.  IMAP setting Test is OK.

-The interval on forms IMAP setting is set to 5

-He receives notification and the Approval Reply Email go to the Inbox he created.

-But none of the Emails in Inbox are read, which could mean that Forms is nothing reading the email and  Forms status show pending Approval.

 

What could be missed here?  Everything is configured according LF Forms direction.

A Support Case had been opened for this issue. We will update this thread as we uncover more.

Any word on this problem?  We use Forms version 9 here.  Just bought it.  Just installed on our weblink server.  Forms engine sees the imap gmail account perfectly.  Tested good.  No errors getting logged.  It seems like it's parsing the Approval/Rejection email but simply ignoring taking any action in the form process.  Form and process is the template one LF provides.  No other complexities.  Process is totally generic and simple. Help.

I have exactly the same problem as the above. all tests are working but monitoring is not working. tried 1, 2, 5 min 

please help
