Last Action vs. Last User Action?

In Forms 10.1 when configuring a gateway flow, there are two options, Last Action and Last User Action. What is the difference? When we look at the available options are the same.

Hi Blake, 

Some of our customers wanted an addition option for Last User Action to be available in the gateway besides the Last Action since Workflow can also do data submission.

/dataset/_fs_action retrieves action from user only while /dataset/_action can retrieve action regardless it was made by user and workflow.

So with the Last User Action, if you had a user task that was followed by an email activity, followed by a gateway, could the gateway still make a flow decision based on the action taken at the user task?

Yes. 

PS: in the scenario you mentioned above, both "last action" and "last user action" should be able to give you the action taken in the user task because email activity is not considered as a data submission.
