When editing a Weblink Instance from the WebLink Administrator's Utility the Server address defaults to "localhost" regardless of what the previous value was.

An unsuspecting Admin could hit the edit button, hit OK, and accidentally overwrite the previous Server value with "Localhost".

Additionally, if running a repository on a custom port and the port is not specified in the server address, the change will be applied as the Connection will work but only after a significant delay (4-25seconds depending if the repository resides on the same machine or a separate machine). This is not desired.

If an incorrect port is specified, the connection will fail and not allow the change to commit which is desired.

Together, this can cause a change to be applied which adds significant performance draw backs without an Admin knowingly making any changes.
